*fixed mine by* 1. cleaning the case and the metal 2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times. 3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed) 4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

I definitely wasn’t the charge cable or adaptor since I just finished charging my iPhone right before. And I only buy apple branded accessories for most apple products to avoid any warranty hassles.

I had it plugged into my work pc. It would charge the headphones but not the case. I plugged the Apple lightning cable into the Apple hub into a wall outlet and it started working like normal again. Thanks

The case still transfers charge Into the pods, but the case itself no longer holds charge. It consistently says 1% even after hours on charge, and the led never comes on. Honestly really sad cause they aren’t that old…
