Hi doc, this might not be the same topic as the vid can I have a question. A few days ago I found out that I have a swollen blood vessel on my penis that I think it could be a lymphocele. Today I found it popped open on its own. Is it normal or should I seek to a professional for help
So i had a traditional peroyne procedure more than 16 years ago, losing arpund 5 cm of lenght. Could this prpcedure be used to regain that lenght?, O i am misunderstanding the whole intend of the process.
Depends if there is still presence of curvature along with erectile dysfunction. It is unlikely that any procedure will help restore 5 centimeters of length. This procedure is intended for men with penile curvature secondary to Peyronie's disease and erectile dysfunction.
Is the rate of infection higher for this procedure compared to an implant alone with the no touch technique? Also do you have age reservations for performing a procedure like this? I’m aware that some surgeons won’t install an implant in patients under 40 or even 50 in some cases based around the increased likelihood for needing for revisions during their lifetime.
There are no comparative studies to determine if rate of infection is higher. That said, in my experience, infection risk continues to be very low. I do not have age reservations for implant procedures. There are many young men who have erectile dysfunction who benefit from an implant.
My doc told me my stretched flacid would be about the length of my implant, but in this video it shows you stretch the flacid to begin with then once the implant in its way bigger. Am I correct saying that the implant can be bigger then a stretched out flacid?

how many surgeries a month do you average? I have viewed many of the implant surgeries and you Sir seem to have a natural talent for getting it right for the men under your care. After the surgery when does the patient return for an office visit? Do you let the patient choose the implant device or just give him advice on what would work best for his condition.
I perform these surgeries routinely and perform over 200 per year (monthly averages vary significantly). Exact numbers, I can share with you over a consultation. The rest of the logistics we are happy to discuss during an appointment. Call us! We can help you.
We administer a local anesthetic and give enough pain medications to control the pain and discomfort. Once the patient is healed and recovered, there should not be any pain.

No. The penile implant is only indicated for men who have both Erectile dysfunction and Peyronie’s. If good erections, there are other options that do not involve a penile prosthesis.
