Until the courts, and specifically the Supreme Court, rule on the infringement of Section 109 of the constitution by the former Rivers state law makers, it is obvious that no attempted judgement, political solution and pacification can wipe away the infringement of Section 109 of the constitution by the former Rivers state law makers. Rivers people should not allow their state be used as a jungle by desperate politicians. Sir Fubara, please, do not pacify desperate politicians; learn from the budget court case that you withdrew from; desperate politicians quickly went on to get a judgement.

Take the battle to the 27. Organise State House of Assembly elections in their Constiencies to replace them.
My little suggestion for the rivers elders, is that,the responsible and sincere ones, work together, have genuinely mindset to prevail on INEC to conduct another election in replacement of the 27 defected assembly men in accordance with the provisional constitution of Nigeria of 1999. The newly elected and the rest to reconstitute a new Assembly through which the represent the said budget.

What bothers me in all of these is that we claim in Nigeria that we have the best minds and sound luminaries. Is Nigeria today the best of what we claim we as a people are or has our mandate as a people stolen from under our feet?

Wike has being saying the problem was about his structure but in his last interview he said Seun he said it was about the impeachment of Speaker which never happened and the Governor has never disobeyed any court judgement. However, the big question is what’s Wike’s business in all of these? The answer is simple, he wanted to overthrow the government when he could not manipulate the governor. He argued he’s not interested in money 😂 but the truth is he who controls the political power also controls the economic power. Imagine all the senators, Reps, HAO, LG chairmen and the governor in one man’s pocket that’s a huge revenue!

This man doesn’t understand the law. Yes the 27 members have decamped into another party but the case is still in the court, it’s only the court that can declare their sit vacant. Go and read the case of Ondo state government versus Abegunde. It was the Supreme Court that ruled on his case.
The problem is the constitution does not say that only a court can declare the seat vacant...the constitution states it as automatic...there is no where it states a judge must declare their seat vacant first...it says it is automatic
