Outside of that I do think the checking in stuff was excessive, and I don’t respect his grown sons acting like spoiled brats that led to the death of Takeoff.
When you start making more money, you have to move differently. Takeoff shouldn't have been where he was doing what he was doing. When you play with the devil on his playground, bad things happen. Better choices in life will get you further. Takeoff's death is nobody's fault but his own.
That incident with Kanye actually happened in NY, which is what makes Beans such an ill dude. He was outside of his jurisdiction and still represented.

Not extortion on a direct level but I would not be surprised if he has not been coerced in the music business. Either by mangers, agents, etc esp in the beginning of his career.
As a Houston Native all of my Life We heard stories about J.Prince n how he operates and how people scared of him as a grownup you still hear them just now it’s Jas Prince but his name don’t hold weight like his daddy
I'm wondering why black and brown people aren't utterly ashamed that we are the only ones doing this to ourselves Pick a big-name any big-name from any other genre of music they can literally throw a dart on a map on any City and go there with no problem. Why is that?
White folks do it too, we do it MUCH more discreetly. A lot of these little pop tarts are paying in other ways. A lot of them are paying like what was discussed here. It's all done quietly and deniably. If there's a rich white guy who has a personal handyman who never actually fixes anything.... I'm giving up secrets. Suburban white folks are just as oblivious to this as urban black folks. I know because I do handyman work for local bar owners.
They only do that to people their color but the people that hate them cause of their race or color never get worry bout none of that SMFH🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Ever think that maybe people hate the garbage culture? Perhaps it being a constant issue ONLY affecting that community? Nothing to do with race. Everything to do with culture. These fools will make rappers check in but won’t do a thing when a Chinese restaurant opens up in their neighborhood and starts selling “chicken” fried rice😐🤦🏾♂️
The extortion in hip hop is comparable to state taxes as Joe Budden said. Extortion is a terrible idea on every level, but it comes with much needed benefits, in a word, protection. But let's look closely at that protection, what was the failure that happened with Mobb Ties? 2 men died while supposedly under their protection.

If it looks like a scumbag, acts like a scumbag and talks like a scumbag.. it's a scumbag.
Respect... 🤔 He is a murderer.. a stain on the community.
How I did not know that Vanilla Ice story. God bless that man
Your channel is awesome
Thanks 🙏
That did not age well… @11:23
I heard he got arrested. What happened, if I may ask?
Takeoff
That incident with Kanye actually happened in NY, which is what makes Beans such an ill dude. He was outside of his jurisdiction and still represented.
Word I’m like dude got the shit wrong
Quote "Bullet might Fly & hit the Wrong Person""!!! Duly Noted!
Common sense coulda told you that.
Takeoff 😔😔😔
Best rap channel of all time
WTF THAT AD CAME OUTTA NO WHERE! I WAS LOST LIKE HOLD UP WHAT???
YO REALLY TRIED 2 SLIDE THAT AD THRU
😂 Not so much as a pause or change in music either!
Love this channel
Hearing j prince say a bullet might fly and hit the wrong person sounds like it's been done many times makes me think more about takeoff as well
another banger as always
This is by far one of the best UA-cam channels man
Justin Bieber never has to check in. Usher never checks in, etc. This is mostly a hiphop thing.
P Diddy covering for both of them, nobody out there wants smoke from him for sure...
This fuels Industry Politics...
Damn yb smart this whole time I was thinking yb was wrong for talking to j prince like that whole time it was a set up
I like what vanilla ice said 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
respect to vanilla ice atleast he owned up to that shakedown 💯💯
Budden saying he has to pay taxes to cities he performs in, then saying extortion is good because you “don’t give the cities shit” in the same breath is incredible.
I was working as an usher that day at Chene Park in 2013 now the Aretha Franklin Amphitheater. Rick Ross never touched the stage but I remember seeing his bus in the parking lot.
It ain't extortion, it's just black broke brothers bullying hardworking rich brothers that's all... we are our own ENEMY 📌
That is what extortion is, bullying someone for cash...
Sometimes it's not bullying they can scam you.
Lovely T said it a long time ago. What J prince does is “friendly extortion”
This is crazy. Keep these stories coming!
Rumour is that J Prince people shot Benny the Butcher for not checking in
Respect to NBA, he backs himself and doesn't bow to corny expectations from people he owes nothing too
This Video demonstrates excellent mental guidance with movement of narrative flow. Bravo. ✨😎🖤
How about Haitian Jack or Jimmy Henchman?
Great video no doubt 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Do you think an artist like burna boy or bad bunny deals with this ?
Not extortion on a direct level but I would not be surprised if he has not been coerced in the music business. Either by mangers, agents, etc esp in the beginning of his career.
That makes no sense. People choose to spend money on tickets. That is giving to the local community. Not paying for extortionists alcohol and weed.🙄
As a Houston Native all of my Life We heard stories about J.Prince n how he operates and how people scared of him as a grownup you still hear them just now it’s Jas Prince but his name don’t hold weight like his daddy
I thought this was gonna be about how the labels get compromising video footage of under the influence artists doing suspect stuff...
The better not throw that dart at Detroit or Flint, ain't nobody safe in those cities no matter what color you are or what sng you are singing...
Because, they can't blame white people for it. Obvious answer is obvious.
My boy made it to sponsorship!
Should pay credit to July Jackson
Gotta love Vanilla Ice man that’s a super positive way to word that 😂
Worry about someone checking in to a neighborhood you don’t even own…who you pay your rent to? Make sure you check in with them too
2:31 Kanye should have called 911
Hip hop is the only genre of music where the artists have to “check in” and it’s a bad look for the entire culture
Yup. Terrible music. Terrible culture. Terrible group of people. Man, can't imagine what the through line is.. hmmm. Man. I'm stumped.
That morgan and morgan commercial in the middle of the video is wild
They only do that to people their color but the people that hate them cause of their race or color never get worry bout none of that SMFH🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
💯
Aint no one out there hating them more than they hate themselves. 90% of the problems that are faced are homegrown.
Ever think that maybe people hate the garbage culture? Perhaps it being a constant issue ONLY affecting that community? Nothing to do with race. Everything to do with culture. We see this behavior constantly and all it does is reinforce the notion that 'Yup. This culture is garbage. Hard pass on being near it.'
Like Charleston White said. Why don't you make Garth Brooks and Celin Deion check-in?
They know there hard targets. So they use easy targets.
These fools will make rappers check in but won’t do a thing when a Chinese restaurant opens up in their neighborhood and starts selling “chicken” fried rice😐🤦🏾♂️
Dog fried rice
Exactly right
They will do something..buy food 😂
The extortion in hip hop is comparable to state taxes as Joe Budden said. Extortion is a terrible idea on every level, but it comes with much needed benefits, in a word, protection. But let's look closely at that protection, what was the failure that happened with Mobb Ties? 2 men died while supposedly under their protection.
This is sad, man. the man hates all of us, yet we can still muster the greed and energy to rob one another. So, what's a rapper got left to give to his community and his family when greedy MF's everywhere done took so much???
You don’t hear rockstars or non-black artists checking in when they go perform on tour.
Anybody who's goin to a city to entertain that city shouldn't have to "check in" it's comical
That Prince guy is like a mob boss. That’s crazy people like that still roam around untouched
So let's stop it. We have the ability to. Trust that
