ST 1.06-1.07mill AOE 1.530-1.610mill max Unbuffed/No SC/Trinkets. U Can swap out ice bolder w/ frost slam for faster animation time. Ice elemental instead of blizzard. Keep in mind also im returning from A 2year break so im behind, I've been on par with Top dps for the most part.
