I was at this concert (and the other two UK shows) with my daughter. We were sat centre left on the balcony. BABYMETAL live Is always a fantastic experience, and this was no exception! Just amazing! ✨♥️🦊🦊🦊♥️✨

You are a legend for taking your daughter to all 3. I was at the front for all 3 shows. Seen them 7 times now. Waiting patiently for more shows.

Thank you, lol... My daughter Is a big fan too. That must have been superb from right at the front. I'm disabled now so I can't handle the pit any more, haha. Did you know BABYMETAL are confirmed to play Download Festival next year? That's where we will be heading next.

@@darkestfox-metal Fantastic stuff. I wont be going to any festivals, but if we don't get any UK headline dates next year I will just have to go to whichever countries do get them. Babymetal is a good excuse to travel.

This was a good fan cam! Also, 0:35, Moa/Momo antics always gets me 🤣. Looks like it’s becoming another one of their “mess with each other on stage” traditions haha. 🤘🦊🤘🦊

The sheer amount of choreo memorization is astounding. . . So many nuanced complex sequences. . In so many songs. . . And then changing them tour to tour. . sometimes show to show. . Even amoung professional dancers this is impressive. . . I dont think the girls get enough credit for what is obviously thousands of hours in the studio!!! Kitsunes up and thank you for posting the video.🤘🦊🤘

They actually have a trick ! Mikiko who is the main choreographer of Babymetal has said (for big sister group Perfume): she creates the choreography with the lyrics, so that also means often when the lyrics repeat the dances repeat as well. Almost like an interpretative dance the moves are related to the lyrics, when in Headbanger Su-metal sings about long black hair, Yuimetal/Momometal and Moametal hold on to their twin tails. This is also why at times you see Moametal mouthing the words of Su-metal, because she is following the words when dancing.

@@autohmae terrific insight. And yes. Within a dance company, a "movement vocabulary" is developed and often taught to dancers in company class. . . Literalism in the movement vocab is another reason I think the dancing connects so well, and why so many can somewhat understand the song without any understanding of Japanese lyrics!. . . Lol. Btw. . . Thank you for all you do for the kitsune community. You have honorary status 🤘🦊🤘

Yes MIKIKO-METAL (Mizuno Mikiko) has been their sole choreographer (with occasional Input from MOAMETAL) since their Sakura Gakuin days. She Is a world class choreographer and well respected In her field. Shout out to her! She often tours with them too.

These girls are so pretty, professional and hard working but at some stage they’re going to have to take a break, it’s been World Tour since the return ❤

i think they will definitely take a break from touring after the current tour's final next year.. at least i hope they do because this is such a tough schedule theyve barely had any breaks inbetween shows

I was there... this is the best video I have seen so far - captures the girls facial expressions and gestures. Sound is good too, I was disappointed in the sound where I was, vocals and guitars drowned out by the drummer and Su-metals voice sounding rather thin. But hey, thats live music for you.

yeah its a problem for touring bnds when you can't book huge venues. I enjoy the intimacy of seeing them at smaller shows (here and previously at the Apollo) but would love to experience one of their huge Japanese events with all the lighting effects, giant props, pyrotechnics etc. Will we ever see Sumetal ride onstage on chariot pulled by chained wolfmen, or sacrificed on a flaming wheel? those were the days.

Man With a Mission do it too. Fans also voluntarily get on their knees and bow down to Su-metal during Headbanger. I think it's fine as long as you get to jump back up soon. I was at Hyper Japan a few years back when one act got the crowd to "get low" for their entire set, it completely ruined the vibe.
