My pleasance to see Krabi Krabong is practice outside Thailand. Krabi Krabong was always in practice in couple with Muay from ancient time. In modern days when melee fighting declined from real world wars, at one time with western culture's influence western boxing had replaced Muay (today means western boxing) and the original Muay became Muay Boran (means ancient Muay). Muay Boran was modified to comply sport standard and reintroduced as Muay Thai but Krabi Krabong didn't make it such a success.
