- The remains of Suzanne Morphew have been found, more than three years after she went missing. Investigators said finding Morphew's remains is critical to the continuing investigation. Former homicide persecutor Matt Murphy explains why the charges were dropped on Morphew's husband, Barry Morphew, one year after she was reported missing. Murphy says that her body was scavenged and that the chances of finding any DNA linked to a suspect is very slim.

You missed the other animals he accused or establishes as an alibi: For his cellphone movements around the property when not in airplane mode on May 9th (night before Mother's Day) his two guns out of the rifle cabinet for "a squirrel (? unsure I forgot 133 page Affidavit of being charged)" and then the "Elk" he sidetracked to on his way to his job Sunday May 10th heading another direction other than towards Denver, CO direction of his presumed job site; but at the least, to his hotel check-in.
HE said she went for a bike ride. stop saying she did like it is fact.
I find it disconcerting how Barry keeps shaking his head NO as he’s telling the world he’ll do whatever it takes to find his wife. He doesn’t seem sincere & leaves one with a bad taste.
He voted twice with her identity a year later. I'd say that's creepy.
He also tried to convince the authorities that a friggin mountain lion had dragged her away. He never looked for her. All he ever did was release a highly rehearsed speech.
If he's not guilty, he's still a friggin disturbing wacko.

Interesting when that lady in town said among other things "she didn't go on a bike ride.." seems obvious but I hadn't thought of that.
Oh you should look up how Barry tried to convince the authorities that a mountain lion had dragged her away. It's absolutely insane. She never went out on that bike. It was staged to look like she was attacked at random.

We need to know about the DNA of a male THAT WAS NOT BARRY's located in the Susanne's car and bike. It's a wild world out there, so let's make sure they get the right person. She was also having an affair or could have been having more than one.
This! I don’t know a lot about this case. It does seem like Barry is not a saint but that doesn’t make him a murderer. That DNA that is not Barry’s is huge! What is it doing there? How are people just of ignoring this??? Crazy!
The DNA on the glove box is NOT a match with the unknown sex offender DNA. The glove box DNA shares only 7 genetic markers with the sex offender. The two DNA samples would need to share 13 markers to be a match. The glove box DNA does NOT belong to the sex offender.

SHAME ON YOU! He is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. His daughters don't believe he did it. If he is found guilty they may change their mind. They knew their parents even if they didn't know everything, they definitely know more than you. A sexual offenders DNA was found in her car. The husband seems very suspicious but it could be anyone. You are absolutely horrible to say you are angry at the daughters!

I understand why they decided to drop the case. Smart move. I dont think he would have been convicted. If he did do it then they can actually put him away.

How is the DNA on the car's glovebox huge? It could have come from an employee at a car dealer or the manufacturer, auto service or repair shop mechanic, a valet parking attendant, car wash employee, etc. Some employees can actually be criminals too. This could just be coincidence.
Should they be able to find out who it is if they have the DNA.. there is nothing anyone could tell me that would make me think he didn’t do it!!

Looks like Mr. hip, slick and cool might get his due. They will continue to dig, and he will sleep with one eye open for the rest of his life till they show up with handcuffs. Not a good way to live.

It's been too long. Whoever placed her bike and helmet in the opposite direction of her body did an excellent job covering their tracks. Its also unlikely they have data for Barry for the 9th when I believe she was actually dumped since his phone was in airplane and he no longer has the van or phone

I understood that the SA guy that had his dna in her glove box was found but would not speak to police, he got a lawyer and that was the end of it...can anyone verify this ?
He could have been someone who worked on her car like a mechanic but that doesn’t rule him out unless he has a solid alibi.

Why isn't everyone using just simple common sense : who else would have gone to such lenght to take the bike to a different place and then dump the body there ? That period with his phone put on airplane mode is when he did it.

If my wife was murdered or missing and if there were no immediate suspects, I would liquudate my assets ASAP and move to a country with no extradition treaty with America. In the end, the Cops ALWAYS go after on the husband, and I wouldn't hang around until they found a way to frame me.
