at first i started listening to hardstyle, i was a really big fan of the oldschool hardstyle. but now, hardstyle is just a different genre. i dont like where is this going with those "ping-pong" kicks, theyre just making slow hardcore. hardcore is much more colorful, as well its a larger genre itself, like in the video u can find uptempo and frenchcore, and there are even differences inside those subgenres. real old hardstyle is almost completely gone and i really miss it. this new hardstyle sucks (except a few ofc)

There's two main genres in hard dance rn which is hardstyle(140-160 bpm) and hardcore(170+bpm). Other genres like rawstyle and frenchcore are just variations of those two.
