Magical Toy Drive 2024 | Salvation Army starts distributing toys for Christmas

The Salvation Army of Greater Charlotte kicked off its annual Christmas gift distribution Tuesday, bringing holiday cheer to thousands of local families in need.
At a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the organization's Christmas center on South Boulevard, officials celebrated providing gifts for 3,850 children from more than 1,600 families. The program also extended support to more than 1,200 seniors and 250 individuals with disabilities through holiday gift cards.
