इसके मूल रूप से 3 कारण हो सकते हैं :
1️⃣ 40-45 वर्ष की उम्र के बाद, पास की नज़र का कमजोर होना
इस दृष्टिदोष को प्रेसब्योपिया (Presbyopia) कहते हैं । यह उम्र बढ़ने का एक अनिवार्य हिस्सा है।
आप चश्मा हटाने की सर्जरी कराएँ या ना कराएँ , सभी लोगों को उम्र के हिसाब पास की नज़र का चश्मा लगता ही है ।
2️⃣ सर्जरी से पहले, आपका चश्मे का नम्बर स्थिर (स्टेबल) ना हुआ हो ।
