I worked in the food industry since 2013 and I've had the opportunity to be apart of the Asian community n I can say the soup is banger n the other two first dishes all fire with sauce. You have to mix fish sauce or sweet chili to set it off but I must say Philippines have some fire cuisine
I love filipino food! I'm also not really a fan of pancit, but putting calamansi on it makes it better. The skin on pompano is good when it's crispy, and you should try dipping the meat in a mix of toyo and calamansi.

Champorado best with salty fried fish (dilis my fav or tinapa or tawilis, a fresh water sardine). Fried lumpia has 2 main kinds, the pork one which is lumpiang shanghai (small and thin) or lumpiang gulay (usually filled with bean sprouts and is a bit larger and fatter).

This is the right way to eat some of Filipino food:
The meat in Sinigang is best to dip with fish sauce with a lemon and chili pepper.
Barbecue is best to eat after you dip it in a spicy vinegar sauce 😊
As for the fish try to dip it in a soy sauce with a 🍋
Pancit - squeeze a small amount of lemon then mix it.
Try it nxt time. It’s more yummy than eating it plain and simple.
Try Lumpiang Shanghai (mixed ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, egg, etc. and Lumpiang Gulay (Veggies - it’s like a healthy version of Shanghai 😄)
