It is so important to know where your food comes from. As a local rancher, we appreciate opportunities such as this to spotlight local agriculture and help educate the public. THANK YOU!
You just made my favorite dish ever!!! We vacation in Tampa every year and this year I will be hitting up that Italian deli and getting this mouse some of that cheese! I love watching this series and will definitely be watching you sweep Master Chef!! I want you to know that watching you last year got me through the worst year of my life. I wasn’t commenting but I had moved back in with my parents to help my daddy take care of my mama after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. It was heartbreaking watching her decline and she passed away last March. In June, my daddy had a fatal heart attack (his heart literally broke losing his soulmate of 70 years). Watching your videos made me smile and gave me peace when I desperately needed it, so I want to thank you and let you know that what your channel does goes so much deeper than you realize! Watching you chase your dreams in Tampa, a place that holds my heart and all the memories of my parents and the amazing vacations there that our family took every year, is so special! I am old enough to be your mama and I am proud of you like I am of my own son watching him chase his dream of professional wrestling! You both have that fire and determination to succeed that will take you all the way! Maybe someday I will be able to take him to your restaurant (that I know would be fire!!!) after a show and you will have this beef Wellington on the menu! Wishing you all the success!
Looking forward to the next episode of Road to Master Chef! It would be cool to have a couple of non bias taste testers try the final product. Like they could totally be part of your crew OR Jacqueline’s work family but ones who aren’t going to tell you the food is epic if it’s not. Completely tastebud truth test and presentation of course. Although a random foodie would be great too 👍🏻😃
Love the series, can't wait for more. I also love that you are showing the agricultural side of these trips you're taking! As a girl born and raised in cattle and crop farming, I think its so important that people know where their food comes from, and to support LOCAL, and USA agriculture
I love how you give really good information! Like what you learned about no antibiotics and no hormones!!! That’s crazy! How misleading! Please keep doing this series! You inspire me to cook more!!!❤
I can’t believe y’all haven’t been to Mazzaros EVER!! It’s so amazing and I would get all the breads and cheeses from them. They’re always busy but for good reason.
I love watching your growth and I’m rooting for you on next level chef!!! I need you to then compete on tournament of champions and guys grocery games, and have your own food network show please!!!
I love how real your videos are like when you make mistakes how you correct them or how you’d do it different next time cause I know I stay messing up in the kitchen so it’s very helpful and I appreciate the realness 😅😂
LOVE everything about this video, and that was an amazing first try at Beef Wellington - your skills and knowledge definitely came into play. I’m an avid home cook and I’ve never attempted this. I am so impressed. And also suddenly willing to risk the beef tenderloin in my fridge.
Mazarrow is always so crowded. (But of course can’t disagree that it is good) Try DeCosmos in St Pete. It’s such a good Italian market! Everything is local made ❤🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
Mazzaro's is my absolute favorite! i live in Palmetto and go as often as I can. Too bad I wasn't there yesterday. I would love to have met you. Keep up the great work and you did an amazing job on the Beef Wellington.
I had this dish at gordon ramsey steak in vegas. He serves it with a puree of some sort and some roast carrots and maybe another veggie. The puree and carrots made the whole dish PERFECTLY BALANCED!!! I loved it so much 😋
Meat is so rare, 😢 no lattice on the crust 😢. If you had done the red wine demi glaze as intended, it would have added enough acid.. It looked like your wine was not high quality enough (dry/ enough sugar) to create a glaze and was more like a thin sauce.
I agree with what you're saying, and appreciate that you tried to keep it polite, while making some good observations. As a lawyer and a trained cook, I had trouble placing this video ... with so many mistakes (not only what you mentioned, but more) it can no longer be called a cooking tutorial. Yet, that disclaimer was not made clear to the viewer and it's only at the end he started to admit to a few mistakes to curb some of what might be deemed "hate comments" - which I certainly don't condone. Wish the video had a more honest approach from the beginning, in which case, the mistakes wouldn't have mattered at all, so long as it was presented as "guy tries his best".
Loving this series and really hope to see your face on Masterchef one day!! I have been using your recipes for a while now and they are ALWAYS a hit in my house!!!
My husband and I went to Ramsays Kitchen in Boston, and he got a beef Wellington and loved it, but me on the other hand, wasn’t a fan, I think it’s an aquired taste for sure!
Livestock that has had hormones and antibiotics are actually good! This makes sure the animals don’t get sick, and are not in pain! It’s not humane for animals to be sick and not treated, plus we don’t want to eat meat from a sick animal!! The withdrawal date meats none of is left in the meat! Totally safe and good for the animals!!!
Hey friend! I have a view request! I’m moving and cannot take most of my kitchen equipment with me , could you create a video of your must haves for the kitchen? Pots, pans, knives, spatulas blenders you recommend, kitchen tools or appliances you use frequently and maybe drop a link to where you got them ? 🫶🏼🤝🏽🫡
Mazzaros is the LITTERAL BEST last year we drove up to tampa for a lightning game and stopped at Mazzaros first and bought enough for a pre-game hotel room sharkootchie board 🤌
I’m loving this series and that you’re shining a light on small businesses/farmers ❤
It is so important to know where your food comes from. As a local rancher, we appreciate opportunities such as this to spotlight local agriculture and help educate the public. THANK YOU!
I LOVE how you take some home for Jaclyn, like "she has to try this". True love!!!!

Can you redo this with your added notes? Like what would you do differently? I’m very excited to try this! I just want to see your version!!

That steak 12:15 is NOT medium rare. It’s COLD RAW in the middle. 🤦♂️
