Show van/ daily use as a marketing tool but set the rear out so I can be used for multi purpose I.e detailing setup on the weekdays remove and replace with show stuff for a weekend or parts hauler. Must be able to transform the rear in under 30mins depending on the use

He daily the way to go and 99% oil cooler common problem also worth checking if it’s had emmisions update if it has get it rolled back miles better

Possibly oil cooler, check the engine oil too, see if there's any emulsification, that would point to a head gasket instead.

engine oil cooler had the same problem with my passat. as long as there is no coolant in the engine oil its the oil cooler.

Go for a realistic daily build. I find it more interestic and enjoyable to watch people modify/build theyr dailies with lower budgets. Not some crazy outrageous builds where the radiator costs 1k

Do the 2.0 TDI turbo upgrade which is bolt on with remap and MYP 6 speed conversion which is also bolt on 👍Also I recently got a caddy maxi 2011 with 134k for £2.2k which had an injector fault.

So from what I understand the only things that are wrong with it is that you filled it up with crap and crashed it into a wall (and the oil in the coolant). I personally wouldn't repair the visual issues give it more character but I would put it on coilovers
