To get those names you have to go to settings in the top corner of your Home Screen then in the top it should say display name you click the pen on the right and then you change it to whatever you’d like click save and you get a username like that :)

The usernames are actually called "display names". You have to go to settings in order to do it.

They had their real names as their usernames because that's their display name. Just go on your Roblox account settings, press display name and then you can change it to whatever you want. You'll still see your roblox username but the display name will still show up in game.
