    Love the history of how these standards come about, very entertaining. The fact that things got done back then even though there was no real science to it is amazing in itself. That would never fly these days though, 10s or 100s of millions would have to be spent on tests and trials that would take years or decade to complete resulting in 1000 page documents being written that no one would read or understand. How times have changed!
