I've been going through some pretty tough struggles lately, but I woke up this morning with a couple lines of this song in my head and decided to give it a listen. So glad I did, it is so beautiful, simple, and pure. Lord, I know I never left your hands.

Sometimes I just go back to this song because it's so special to me. It was the number one song on my local radio station's top 20 when my dad passed away and I really needed the reminder that I was being held by God and He would get me through. Well He did get me through and since then this song comes to mind when going through a trial and a great reminder of God's love and strength we get from putting our faith in Him

She’s been through a lot in her thirteen years of life.
Her older brother died in October 2015.
It’s hard for her to be a normal girl,since she’s been in the public eye since she was six.
She recently made a cover and released a music video of this song.
I know it would mean so much to her if you would watch it,So please,please watch it.

I agree w/ person who recommended Rich Mullins. Maybe also Fernando Ortega, Jill Paquette, Jill Phillips, Watermark. I hope you find more simple, uplifting God-honoring songs.
The lyrics are so beautiful and deep. It's everything I've needed. I seriously cried during this song. I just need to listen to the lyrics. It's probably the most beautiful lyrics I've ever heard excluding "Lose You To Love Me". This song is like a prayer to almighty. Praying to lord to straighten the crooked paths and also thanking lord for always being there. I have so much more in my mind right now but I can't really put it into words. Hats off to the lyricist. Wow! Just wow!
