  • Bulb Log Video Diary 23 September garden walk.
In this walk I look at some of the many Colchicum, Crocus and Cyclamen that are seeding around often flowering through other plants in the process of dying back in the autumn.

You are welcome thank you for watching. One of our aims was to have flowers every day of the year the other was to create a blended naturalised habitat - I like to think we have.

Hallo !

Envious of all your white Crocus nudiflorus and Allium wallichii !!
The second yellow daisy you showed looks more like one of the new hybrid echinceas. So yes sterile.

Thanks for watching and your comments. The Crocus nudiflorus and Allium wallichii have both been seeding around and spreading for many years the white form of the crocus started out when we were gifted a single corm of Crocus nudiflorus 'Orla' which spread by stolons and seed some of which came white others were the more typical violet. You could well be correct about the daisy garden centre names are not always that accurate.
