Twenty-five years ago, there was a commercial about some band's new greatest hits CD. When I asked my mom who they were, she said, "They're the Beatles, your dad's favorite band." That's all it took. There will never be a band as influential as the Beatles. As bad as I wish I was able to witness it firsthand, I'm happy that their music has stood the test of time.
Their second album, With the Beatles, was due for release two days later. Advanced orders of half a million were reported before it hit the shops. There’s a good chance many of those screaming wet girlies in the audience already set aside money for their copy.
At 14:56 I see a wall of Vox AC30s. Was that by design? Were they daisy chained to combat the highly screechy teen girl noise or was that just from the other bands that appeared that are still on stage? Anyone know?

Strange not to see more of John in this video. The camera person shooting the closeup stays mostly on Paul and George. Even when John is singing lead.
Same with the washington dc concert, it rarely has a closeup of john lennon on that concert
