Time has also given us some of the greatest double acts too from the mighty Morecombe and Wise to the excellent time hopping Bill and Ted.
Here at The Valley Radio we have combined both these and are proud to present

Exactly. I'm old school 53y/o woman who always was nuts over K.K. What I consider the best era of Priest was 1974-1991. I NEVER listened to Ripper era, or era be with Ritchie playing KK's role...as of 2011 when KK left (due to Glenn dictating what he could or could no longer do..like write...Tipton was an egomaniac from 84' on, but I wish him well), I thought the band was no longer Judas Priest.😑. To have a 50yr anniversary w/o Ken is LUDACRIS...it's not Halford's or Tipton's 50yr anniversary anyway..theirs would be 2023 &!w/ Tipton now gone the name Judas Priest should be RETIRED. How bout "Halford & guests". ( P.S. I love Halford too & met him in 86' for all of 12min! Long enough to get autograph & 2 crooked photos...I missed KK by like 15min as the rest of band went to club Hammerjacks be &@ 18 we couldn't go near the doors! I was SO PISSED I MISSED KK😵😡😠

Mine also I was 10 in 1980. When I first heard the British Steel album. That's all it took and I've been a fan ever since.
I was fortunate enough to meet KK. He's just like this - real down to earth.
Thanks young ladies, and KK, or Ken, looking forward to hearing kk’s priest soon with ripper on vocals. Yes he is a gentleman, most 3nglish rockers are. Yes, priest is not the same without him. Doesn’t matter to me ,i listen to the 70s early 80s material, back in the good old days before crazy sweep picking, double bass drums and over the top production, give me stained class, hell bent and British steel any day.
Don't leave out Victim Of Changes....
One of the most humble Rockin'Roll guitar legends in existence.

Knew him for many many years as a rock legend, but what a sweet man, not many that achieve such success as him so humble.

Today (October 27) is KK's B-Day! He is now the seasoned age of 62. Happy B-Day KK! We love and miss you! The Priest just an't the same without you!

Would be super cool but, alas, KK's 2nd resignation letter in 2011 really laid into Glenn big time - bringing out Glenn's alcholism and questioning Glenn's professionalism. Since JP is firmly (and has been for the last 35 years) in Glenn's hands, sadly that ship has sailed.

Really cute ending! :-) KK's always looked so cool onstage with so much wild aggression. I read, a few days ago, that the name "Judas Priest", as the original band's name, was inspired by the Bob Dylan song "The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest".

I'm always impressed with KK when he does interviews. I can't say the same about Glen Tipton! lol. They both were awesome together, though.

Then he will start to get the itch to rock out again. This is just a temporary break....
There's only like one place he woulda said it and it's not like these two woulda recognised the name. I doubt he was avoiding saying it, they parted on good terms when Al had a family to look after.
