Okay cowboy bebop has been more in the grey area and they’re been another plenty good adaptations, and obviously the Japanese ones are good

I like Luffy & Usopp but Buggy seems so off.
I guess it’s very hard to capture the goofiness of OP without becoming completely ridiculous.
Yeah Usopp’s looks so off to me because they don’t have his long nose or his poofy hair so it’s hard to even tell that it’s him unless someone tells you. And Luffy’s actor kinda looks more like Ace. It may be because Luffy looks more like a 13 year old (even though he is older) in the anime but the actor looks more mature and older giving off an Ace type of vibe. I can agree on Buggy as well but I think it’s just because he is a clown and they tried to make him look goofy. But in the end they made him look downright terrifying. I mean the other characters a pretty good like Zoro seems very accurate and Nami and Sanji are alright. Overall yeah I do agree that it would be hard trying to get the same vibe of the anime, though they could have done a bit better.
Me too. Ussop and luffy give this feeling that their alive and it's all just a game even in Battle.

Buggy nose is supposedly his real nose, that red ball nose, so why they kept his weird nose, but left out Usopp nose?
Yeah Usopp’s nose is literally the MOST important thing about his physical character. Leaving it out is one of the worst things you could do. His nose is the reason for why it makes sense for why he is always lying because he is supposed to resemble Pinocchio. His name literally has うそ in it which means lie. I mean it’s okay if they had his hair a bit different and kept the nose that way we could still know it’s him. But he doesn’t have the same hairstyle or his nose. He looks completely unrecognizable. Smh..

My friend hates Usop live action for reason. I asked why. His reasons are.
1) His nose isn’t right.
2) He’s black.
After he said this i gave him the biggest gum gum pistol punch in existence.
