- Опубліковано 3 жов 2021
- On my second trip up San Luis Peak, I decided to tackle 13er and centennial Stewart Peak as well. This hike started from the Stewart Creek TH and ended up being 17.5 miles with 5,500ft of elevation gain. This was filmed in September.

With fresh snow in the San Juan’s, I’ll be living through your videos the next several months .
Thank you for the great video. I'm going to be in the area this fall looking for ptarmigan and this is one of the areas I've pinned.
Hair is magnificent
Any chance you'd think about adding stickers or non-clothing items to the store? Or maybe a membership option as a way to support your channel? Love the trail guides! Fun resource to retrace 14ers I've done and scout new ones.
Can donate through my website www.thevirtualsherpa.com/partner-support-virtual-sherpa/ and stickers are coming back soon - but wanted to upgrade quality. Any suggestions for non clothing ideas, I’d love to hear too 👍🏽
Great video as usual! My best friend and I met up at the end of July to do some hiking in Colorado. He came from Montana and I came from Oklahoma. We did San Luis. Great camping in that area and very quiet like you mentioned! I had a great time there. San Luis was more challenging than I expected!
One of the best areas to camp in the state 👍🏽
Have done San Luis Peak twice, both times from the south going through Crede. It also is a long approach, the ridge going up to San Luis is always more of a slog than it looks.
Yeah we hiked most of that on the CT the following day - don’t think there is any easy way up to San Luis
Stewart was a 14 at one time . Measurements vary . Still climb it along withe all the other 13ers.
Really enjoyed this video. Peace and serenity
Awesome to see you post this, I was just thinking last week I wish you had a newer version of San Luis!
Great job! This is so much fun!!
Dude I would love to hike with you. I usually do all my hiking alone because its hard to find peeps who don't mind distance. If you ever want a bud, hit me up. P.S. great hair!!!
This looks much like Scotland
