I’ve become an obnoxious defender of Adams. Fans view the playoff drought too one dimensionally and don’t see the good that is coming when all these kids grow into men. As far as free agents he literally explains why he hasn’t made more moves point by point, so I don’t think he’s “bad” with free agents. We are going on year 4 of a project that will ideally last 10-15 years. It will all make sense when we become one of the best teams.
This off-season will tell us if he is a bad GM or not, hiring all the same assistant re-treads doesn't seem like a first good step, maybe Granato wasn't letting them do their jobs? Let's hope so.
NO... Kevyn is a really decent GM... A man who has a plan and has the balls to stick to his plan regardless of the noise he hears from fans and outsiders who all think they know how to do his job better than he does... He has taken the club from having virtually nothing to being well stocked with talent for the future,

He can't seem to make trades or somewho encourage players to sign in buffalo. That's a bad GM. Any GM can bring in a little bit of talent you need to be able to add players to get you over the hump
