@selfcodesociety Norman Vincent Peale is considered by many to be the father of "positive thinking" with his first book, The Power of Positive Thinking (first published in 1952). That Winning Feeling came from one of his later books. It was the title of one of his chapters, but I don't remember which book (I have read 3 or 4, many years ago). An updated version of the Power of Positive Thinking with more modern stories and testimonies in it came out several years ago, I believe it was just before he died in 1993. Any of his books, however, are great reads. As a hypnotist, I have found out just how important feelings are when it comes to achieving goals thru hypnosis. I always tell my clients to use their imagination and to imagine a future state of themselves having achieved the goal they want to achieve and how good and happy they would feel. Then to feel that way NOW. This supercharges the hypnosis and I tell them that this is the WINNING FEELING that they will hold on to on the way to achieving their goal. Then, for self-hypnosis, I tell them to go into "the theater of the mind" and to see themselves in vivid detail as they want to become, having achieved their goal, having that winning feeling, telling their friends how they no longer feel the urge to smoke (if smoking sessation is their goal, for example), and no longer feeling that urge as they imagine their friends around them smoking. Per Dr. Maxwell Maltz (author of Psycho-Cybernetics ‐- another outstanding book for the hypnotist), I have my clients to do this self-hypnosis every day for 3 weeks.
As a hypnotist, I would say to imagine how happy and glad you would feel when you obtain what you desire -- and feel that way NOW. That makes holding that feeling much more do-able.

A good example of this is when you have a bad dream. When you have a bad dream, you can wake up with your heart pounding and your body sweating. But why is that happening? It was, after all, only a dream. Your conscious mind knows and understands this, but your subconscious mind cannot. So when you dream that you are being pursued by a big hairy monster, you subconscious mind reacts as if that were a real event, and it turns on the fight or flight response which gets your heart to pumping more blood and your body to sweating, just as if you were really being pursued. That is why, with hypnosis, we ask the subject to go into the "theater of the mind" and to use his imagination and pretend, and to imagine in as great of detail as possible being in a situation where he has completely achieved his goal, and to imagine how great that would feel, and to feel that way while he is imagining it. This feeling energizes the imagined result like nothing else can. Eventually, this filters down into the subconscious, where it then acts upon it as if it were the present reality, and it then works to bring about that goal and make it real.

How exciting!!!! If you haven't already identified the FEELINGS that you associate with your dream job and dream home, start there. Once you know those - spend time everyday MULTIPLE times a day (even if its just 5 minutes) feeling that way. I teach my students the saturation method, where we saturate the mind with thoughts, ideas and feelings of what it is we want/are creating (leaving very little room for old behaviors/patterns). I would also recommend thinking the thoughts you would have as you create the dream job and house. Identify those and begin thinking them now, like "Oh my goodness - I did it! I love this job so much. I enjoy what I do and I am so good it, etc." Keep me updated on your progress! 🧡

I've been trying to manifest for 13 years now. I do good for maybe 2-3 months feeling in heaven: happy, bliss, joy, knowing, excited, etc.. Then I realize what I want hasn't manifested and then I into hate, bitterness, resentment, miserable, lack, etc for 3-6 months feeling like I'm living in hell. I dont know what to do to fix this. This has been going on for 13 years straight and I'm feeling very tired of being alive stuck fluctuating between these 2 paradigms and not getting what I want from life. How do I fix it? IF I already have what I want, there where is my lamborghini? Where is my soulmate? Why have I been single for the last 12 years? Why am I living in low income housing instead of in my mansions? Why does no one know me if I am a famous multi-millionaire singer? If I really had it I wouldnt be negative about not having it.
There is a lot to digest and breakdown here. From what I get from your writing when you were doing this work you placed expectations on it. "I'll do this - and that means THIS needs to happen next" kind of thing, and when it didn't happen - you feel upset. Have you worked with anyone to help you navigate the challenges you've been facing? If not, I would recommend finding a good coach, mentor, teacher, etc that you trust that can help guide you into experiencing what you desire. Even though we logically know this stuff, we often "get in our own way" and working with someone one and one can help us clear, heal and manifest quicker than doing it alone.
Yes, give it a try Gary. In your attempt to change things I would suggest you begin with looking at your beliefs about yoursel.f. If you were to take an honest hard look at who you are, where you are in life, what you have done/havent done - what your thoughts and feelings about all that. This is where you want to begin, Than based on what you discover here, you can begin to heal, process, rewrite, forgive, etc so that you are free to create something new for your future. 🕊

@@therapyguy81 Thank you so much! ☺This is the exact work we have to put it, because it's so easy to get distracted by what our outer circumstances and situation is mirroring to us. Its has to be a daily (minute by minute) commitment to devote ourselves to the vision. Its a choice we make repeatedly throughout the day until it becomes habit, than it just becomes who we are - than our outer situations changes to match us. WE ARE THE ULTIMATE CREATORS OF OUR EXPERIENCES. 🤯 Tools I would suggest are daily meditations and visualizations throughout the day. When you wake up each morning reaffirm the ideas you want to believe and make true for yourself. Say those repeatedly throughout the day. Than meditate and visualize on experiencing those very ideas. We want to saturate the mind with the abundant wealthy ideas and leave very little room for anything else.

Hi: to begin I would invite you to release your attachment to this person. Set them free in your mind, heart and body. This will feel like relief or ease inside you. Than begin to think thoughts of them, why you love them, what you are attracted to, etc. FEEL THE GOODNESS of being with and around them. Let that feeling fill you up (WITHOUT ANY ATTACHMENT to them). Do this repeatedly throughout the day, tapping into the feeling that you created earlier. Make sure your feeling is not tied in any way to them actually being present in your life. This is simply a feeling you are creating within yourself for yourself. This will create shifts inside you that will than attract like experiences in your physical world. 🧡
This is a scientific approach to how we have to cooperate with God but it's not the real deal. First: you have two kinds of reality. You have the spiritual and the natural reality. If you are in Christ, you have inherited life and abundance on all levels which is the state of having. You can give God the space to manifest your spiritual possession into your natural reality through faithful confessions. What you want in your natural reality, you must know and believe that you already have it in your spiritual reality.
Limited beliefs can easily be transformed into empowering beliefs. Yes, we are worthy and we deserve it and when a person truly understands, knows and believes that with their entire being - their life will be radically different. 🙂
I am going to learn how to use this to get what I want. I have my eye on a married woman that I want to date. I will use these teachings to break up her marriage and make her my partner. I want to learn how to control everyone and everything around me so I can make my reality everything I want it to be. I feel very happy thinking about stealing this beautiful woman away from her husband. She is mine and she belongs to me. I will use the law of attraction to make her my next girlfriend.
