If you have the right tools for traditional drawing, you can actually draw just as good as a digital artist now.

Zoran54321, its not tracing. He/she (don’t know gender). Most probably looks of a picture to get the details, like painting a picture of someone
I mean, it's a copy of an existing image (the F/GO in-game JAlter stage 1 art) with some minor changes. That falls under tracing imo.
