    Salam Aleykum brother I did perform the replacement of front + rear brakes and rotors. What an amazing tutorial for someone who is doing for the first time. Hope you will be sharing front arm replacement and sparks plug as well. BIG THANK YOU!!!

    Do you know if the process is similar for the front brakes and rotors? We have some light shaking while braking, I'm thinking the front need replaced. Thanks for the detailed video! I've had this one saved in my files!

      Thank you for watching my videos. Front brakes replacement is even easier than rear because you don't have to worry about electronic breaks.

      The reason why it's shaking because you did car wash while the rotors still very hot. It will bend again if you won't change your car washing habits, even though you replaced a new one.

    Thank you. Does the drum squeal continue or stop after a while?

    Wait at 5:06 where did you get the bolts to put in to take the rotor off? They weren’t there at first

    When you press the caliper piston back, do you have to open the brake fluid reservoir under the hood to make room for the fluid that you're pushing back up?

    • @travelndiybyhassan
      @travelndiybyhassan  Рік тому

      No. Not at all

      It's better to open brake fluid reservoir as you push back on the piston, the brake fluid travels back into the line. The best option is to leave the brake fluid reservoir closed, and open the bleed valve on the caliper. This will bleed out all the dirty oil from the valve instead of pushing it back into the hose. Once all done, then simply top off the reservoir. Don't forget to grease the caliper pins. It's that grease that makes the caliper pins move smoothly.

    Hello Sir, which screw did you used to take off the rotor from its place? I mean which dimension the screws must be?

      Hi, I can’t wait for your reply since I have to repair ASAP my car. The answer for my question has been provided by a well documented step by step tutorial and the bolts dimension is the following: (2 qty) 8 x 1.25mm bolts
