I first saw 30 seconds of him from a clip from 'Rocco and His Brothers' in the series 'The Story of Film', the scene when he breaks it off with Nadia. I don't know if it was something he did with his face or something Visconti did with the camera, but suddenly I looked at him and heard myself gasp.

He has a kind of charisma most actors would die for; Baby blues that remind me of Zak Efron and a chiseled jawline like Jared Leto. Still even then incomparable talent...I know he didn't want to do American films really but damn had he? IDk...still he lives a content life, so maybe it was all for the best. He will always be my favorite Ripley.

I think this montage is referring to the criterion titles they have with Delon. Don’t hold your breath for Gabin, De Funès and Bardot, they have very few

His beliefs are imposed onto the public because he is well known. He beat the shit out of his kids and wife because he knew his fame would help him get away with it and still be worshipped. He has given thousands of dollars anti-jew hate groups. He wouldn't have been able to do that if he was not made famous and rich.
