Some very poetic images and I think solid proof a good digital camera can rival film. Not knocking film I’m an Analogue guy but Digital does have many advantages - perhaps the greatest is control and productivity! Keep up the good work - a nice change from “glamour postcard images”!
I don't know if you are still reading comments from a 1 yr old video. I would like to know is what you can see on the multi shot files. In other words in a print, is there an increase in tones and subtle shades of gray. thank for making this
Very beautiful shoot, Stephen. Thanks for taking us along! Perhaps you’ve done this in another video I haven’t seen, but I’m wondering if you could show us some close-up imagery from some of the pixel-shift high-res images you take with the GFX50s II ? Love to hear your thoughts about that shooting mode on the camera.
Thank you. Pixel shift works great when there is no moving objects in the frame and when there is no wind. I don’t use it anymore. I use Adobe Enhance instead.

There is no increase in tones when using pixel shift.

Such a great crop medium format digital camera but I have to say, the images coming from the mamiya seem so much more alive .
Thank you 🙏
awesome

When I’m that weather, do you need to cover/wipe the camera to protect from damp?
It is weather sealed. I use micro fibre cloths and place them over the camera lens.

Die vielen Details verschwinden im Dunst und Nebel leider zu stark.
