Talking about the price of these awesome guys, it's totally understandable. I make Michael Myers masks. I sculpt, mold, pull, paint and hair. It's a lot of work for a mask! So I can just imagine how much work it is for a full Chucky doll! I'm looking to start collecting Chuckies so this video helps a ton!
I just got the Spirit Halloween Chucky doll and i'm not a fan of the hair and the fact he can't talk but i still love it, plus i love customizing things and i added a voicebox to him so he can talk so i made him a little better, lol

I'm over the moon with finally getting my NECA Bride Chicky, cause that's been a holy grail want since '98. Just couldn't afford at the time the Sideshow Seed version...aka Axl Rose Chucky. I'm just bewildered that I haven't seen one video comparing that one to the ToTS (or NECA) version. It's like it doesn't exist, and I quantum leaped from a reality where it did. But yeah, straight long hair and all, it was the very first and only life-sized stitched up mass-market (kinda affordable) Chucky till ToTS came out with their own.
I know I'm being a bit redundant, but just wondering why you don't have the Sideshow Seed replica Chucky? I mean probably because it was pretty expensive, and maybe you weren't crazy collecting at the time; but maybe I missed you mentioning it in the video. Like, I know I'm not crazy lol, cause there's still reviews up for it on UA-cam, so it definitely exists. It was just a landmark kinda item with being the first non-custom one made.

🚨Update!🚨As of March 2022 Spencers has updated their Chucky dolls Regular Chucky is $70 Child’s play 2 chucky redone no sound is $90 Talking Chucky and Tiffany is $90 Black box and all They are all by the same manufacturer and the quality is good is the same! My personal opinion the dolls that don’t talk are better. The Spencers here in Florida has all of them

I'm doing my hardest to rework and redesign my spirit doll. I've already done so much. Allow me to tell you my work😎. •i've shortened the legs so his overalls could go higher up the torso and so he could be a more appropriate height. •When shortening the legs I've taken a lot of stuffing from his legs and put some in his arms to really get them nice and soft and full •I've grinded out the eye sockets to make it seem more like a good guy doll.( I based my sockets on the childs play 2 intro right when they out his skin on) Now all I'm waiting for is the wig I ordered to get here do I could shave this guys head and get rid of that barbie hair. And I'm searching so very hard for a pair of eyeballs that are accurate and to fit in the sockets and descent priced clothes that are like the tot studios. If you anyone would like to see lmk

It might be how it comes out of the doll. The dolls have the voices (pre recorded) in the dolls, so many that might of been a factor!?
