Pretty cool attachment. Absolutely right about lock nuts. I would buy lock nut at hardware store instead of double nut. Locknuts much more reliable. Nice video
Hey man thanks for sharing. Contemplating thumb options now for E20. Does the thumb retract far enough out of the way when fully open or is it sometimes in the way? Also, what does it entail to change buckets now? Will it be more complicated or is that not a shared pin?
Shared pin for the thumb and bucket. It def isn’t as nice as a quick attach bucket where Im heading next. It is sometimes in the way digging extended far out but not bad.
Does the thumb retract more than it was at the end of the video, sounded like it was hitting a stop? To attach the cylinder rod end to the thumb, it would be easier to curl the bucket up to use it to lift the thumb slowly till things are lined up. Enjoyed the video, have a good one!

Thank you for this video. I was in the field working and the quick connect came off. Couldn't figure out how to relieve the pressure. Thank you!!
Paul Baker glad it helped you! Can always thank me by subscribing. Have a good one
Did you set the relief pressure in the hydraulic system, so you dont bent the thumb piston? Great video
I did not it wasn’t in the instructions and I haven’t had an issue

@@WorldsOkayestFarmer worth it for sure no matter what the shortcomings. The ability to grab stuff must be amazing.
