- The first Emirates Boeing 777 with a nose-to-tail cabin refresh sporting a new look has rolled into service. The aircraft features a new Business Class configuration in 1-2-1 layout. Premium Economy is also making it's debut on the 777.
They finally improved the 777 business class!

Nothing special. Other middle-east and Asian airlines have offered a 1-2-1 configuration in J for many years. And from the looks of it, Emirates new business class seat is not fully enclosed like Qatar’s QSuite.

Finally the makover that was needed for the Emirates 777! I hope to fly it soon!
Great work by the Emirates Engineering staff for such a marvelous overall makeover of the Boeing 777 cabin.
This was definitely needed. This change will make Emirates surpass Qatar Airways in many aspects.

I flew Emirates from Singapore to Melbourne in Business class but the business was really not the best. It was a 2-3-2 setup which was not very good. The A380 though, i flew it from Dubai to Melbourne and the layout was better and just felt better. It is amazing to finally see this in the 777! Go Emirates! 😄
Agreed. It's a big downgrade from the A380 to B777. Hoping this upgrade might improve things a little.

For anyone wondering, A6-EQH is the one to look out for. Currently on its first revenue flight since the retrofit to Geneva (EK83)

Nope. Q suite is an older and yet a far superior hard product. Honestly im very disappointed.

The 777X, although it is welcome, it is a more dead cockpit. It's just black, and I will miss the brown.

@@HERD599 The seats on the 777X will still be in the Emirates colours. The black pictures you may have seen are just seat pictures from the seat manufactures.

It’s not perfect long as competitors are superior. Qatar Airways Just released their massive update to their already amazing Qsuites, they made it next level luxury, and these guys roll out an ordinary 1-2-1 Business Class seat?! I’m disappointed. Even British Airways has suites.

It’s only on 3 or 4 of their routes and it’s the same as the a380. Many Emirates staff were rumouring Safran’s Unity product with doors.
@@MS17123 I found out that those rumours aren’t worth listening to when they revealed their premium economy not to be the Haeco Eclipse but the same seat BA has!

Flight registration for this is a6-eqh for now so look for that and see if it has it. I think more 777s will get a makeover soon.
