Well, I found that info on a table tennis forum where they were talking about this player. It might be outdated or incorrect info though. And I assume they were only talking about his backhand. Not sure what is on his forehand. He sure seem's to get everything back with it, even powerful loops. Amazing defender. .
Chen at times seems to be in double mind. He takes awkward positions , wrong choice of shots and above all chopping outside the table. Seems he is taking this particular game too lightly.
