I feel like nothing can beat the movie magic of the 1980s… not even with all the advancements that we have today
I remember this from my childhood. Good times.
Yeah I actually own this VHS!
Wow, so glad you put this up here. I had the letterboxed Super VHS version of the movie as a kid, and it had this commercial. This is my favorite movie, so to me, this was basically part of the movie as a kid. Talk about a good ad placement.
That Don't make commercials this cool anymore.
+Michael Parsons or home DVD previews either.
Back when soda commercials were theme park rides.
Whoa! Good memories. I had this movie on rerun at that time and never fast forwarded through this commercial because I thought it was so cool.
I remember me and brother and sister were watching this when we were kids watching the VHS version Of Indiana Jones and the last Crusade
Wow it feels good to see this old vhs commercial on a great movie
This was the best! .... Aaaaaannndddddd now I feel old!
Don't worry. ...you are not the only one
I think my parents still have this vhs somewhere. Thanks for posting it
I use to have a Canadian copy of this. The previews were the same except it had a different warning screen.
ChunkyVHS nobody cares, maple leaf boy
Now this is a good commercial
Back when everything was you know, good.
0:40
Did Indiana Jones just GRAB a snake?!!!!!
I'm calling bs
@@lonestarreactor1554 Me Too! Isn't Indiana Jones AFRAID of snakes and he's GRABBING one of those jokers?
This ad also predates Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. 🤣
@@redbigun Well, the fourth film was a 2008 film and the third film was a 1989 film which means this ad doesn't know the fourth film.
You choose wisely
Right in the childhood
Protip, if you own this movie on UA-cam make a playlist add this video first then add the Last crusade. That way you can recreate the VHS experience on your PC.
The Batman VHS tape had an extended diet coke commercial too.
I miss those commercials.
They should do this kinda the same with in a Diet Pepsi commercial.
And the narrator saying: "Discover the real taste of Pepsi with no calories: Diet Pepsi."
Then saying at the end: "Discover the zero calorie taste of Pepsi worth leaving the regulars for: Diet Pepsi."
Holy crap!
I completely remember this.
1:42 thought that was Freddy Krueger
Indiana Jones=badass action/adventure movie hero
Freddy Kruger=freaky yet badass horror movie villain.
00:32 snake is like “what are you looking at?”
00:37 snake is like "is there a problem?"
Thank you :)
This is impossible.
When she first enters the kitchen the guy is still watching the beginning of the first movie. By the time she reaches the fridge he's watching the end of the third movie. It just doesn't add up.
The house fell apart and you're concerned with the timeline?
Well It’s possible
@Strideo1 Maybe she was standing in the kitchen for hours all trapped and she missed watching the rest of the first film and the guy watched the second film without her and at the spot where Indy swung on the snake to get her to the fridge was at the end of the third film.
I love this.
WHY ON EARTH WOULD INDIANA JONES HOLD A SNAKE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
@Jim Sprigg That's true it doesn't make sense since he's scared of snakes and wouldn't want to go near them. However, if you see at 0:42, the snakes mouth is near the woman where he must have felt he will help and save her to swing on the snake as long as it's mouth is away from him to prevent it from biting him.
I remember this horrible commercial…
…..would have been better if at the end it was really Indiana Jones
boy, this Woman's Imagination has gone wild or something!
That's weird, they didn't have to call the snake a rope for Indy to use it.
Time to move people.
Nostalgia
I tell people this was on the VHS movie no one believes me
So who's the actress? That's why I'm here.
She chose....poorly
Grump Bump
