Hi Guys, you had some great sailing there what looks like a following sea. I get sea sick some times and what helps me get over it some times is to be on the helm. So take of the autopilot and work the helm. Also why did you take blood pressure of Juliette ?

Such a control freak, go to sleep G!! 😋 At least you didn't have to wait to get up, haha. Good effort, looks very uncomfortable. Moto safari next adventure, girls on the back. 🏍️⛵👍

bless ya mind you had to laugh at the flying pots as happened to me many times even when everything stowed and locked some waves were to strong for the locks on our cupboards and "crash" lol ...

Dealing with a boozy-cleanup on rough seas is a mistake you'll only make once.
Last year in the Sea of Cortez we had a particularly rough day and a bottle of rum flew out of a cabinet and shattered everywhere. The entire crew was already feeling a bit green around the gills so I (the skipper) and the least sick-feeling of my crew took turns going below for a few minutes at a time to clean up the glass and soak up the rum with towels.
The heavy fumes of alcohol REALLY do not help with seasickness. Bleh.
