How is the range?I have the favato folding bike .It says that with pedal assist, it can go 45 miles, and I am barely getting 20, which is lower than the estimate with only using the motor.
Looks like so much fun 😊. If you want to ride to the store etc... is there an easy way so no one steals it? Just curious
Yes you can use any bike lock to the frame and these e-bikes all come with a key and it won’t start if you turn it to the off position…also you can remove the battery and bring it with you (they’re heavy though! LOL) so there are several options. One guy said he has the foldable kind and he brings it into his office and collapses it daily. Lots of options. When we’ve driven to breakfast we park them both with just a bike lock and sit where we can keep eye on them.
im debating getting this bike. i have 2 20" fold ebikes i love. and just got a 26 inch engwe e26..step thru... super great value around 1100.00 for it--- this bike seems comparible to the engwe.... would u recommend this bike for $1000?

Those bikes look identical to our KBO bikes. We don't feel our seats are comfortable for longer rides. Next season we'll be starting our search for smaller bikes and hoping to sell ours for a decent price.

Oh man! I don’t know! 😘 Is the risk worth the reward? We have both hit things or nearly fallen a few times…Steve slipped in some water once and actually hit the ground and it was so fast when it happened and he’s super athletic and balanced and fast reactive (unlike me! LOL) ❤️ wonder if there are options to make them more safe for people with a handicap? 🤞🏼

Thought bicycle riding was supposed to be a form of exercise?
The nice thing about electric bikes is you can choose to pedal as a form of exercise but also have the option to use the electric motor for a casual ride, like a motorcycle.
You can also use an E-Bike to commute to work.

Did you have to put them together?
Most of them that we’ve tested come fully assembled but some accessories like a bike rack or fenders and maybe the seat…super easy assembly on all of them and they ALL have come with the exact tools needed ❤️
