The grand finals anthem. This entire song sounds incredible, and god all the sources are used so well + more usage of Dio’s shonen source and lots of new Tally Hall pulls. 10/10, perfect mashup.
This is the best out of a series of amazing RoE tracks. Tally Hall is amazing and I’m totally voting them. Also, like American-Kid Covra, this track made me like a character I didn’t give any shits about
Also, I can't figure out how, but the instrumental sounds like infinitely better than Bloody Stream's on it's own. Was it a key change? Was it mixing in other songs alone? I can't figure it out.

Ruler of Everything is now the first contestant to get 5 uploads featuring them (not counting instrumentals). That’s a whole 3 more than lofi-girl, and 1 more upload than Fourm Freakshow, Hot Ones, and MAD/EON (as of this upload) (should specify that this isn’t a complaint about track scheduling or anything, just an observation of who’s where)

Granted, all of the elite guard are covered by Ace, Barkley and Kid Cobra but it's not like there isn't already a *lot* of crossover, especially with Ace in DIO's case.
