My space to sales doesn't give me the option for custom spaces to sales or factory space to sales options. I'm unable to modify each of the columns under each selection of 1 thru 9 as well. Do you think my control board is bad? Thanks

I have an older dixie with a royal single price board that has sts 1-6 with no custom sts :(, (8 columns 2 are not operational currently) is there any way get custom sts. My guess is i would need a new board?
