I do like how this can be a definitive end for the series if you want it to be. You can just pretend Aizen is dealt with and the Fullbringers and Wandenreich don't exist if you don't want the story to continue.
I get why you'd want to skip Fullbringers, and there were parts of the final arc I wish hadn't happened, but ultimately I think it was far better than the Fullbringers... though it does acknowledge they happened, so I can understand...
Aizen's attitude when being sent to Muken shows he wasn't done. His entire goal wasn't explained properly, the deal with the Soul King wasn't elaborated even tho it's clearly important. Gotei 13 who are full of flaws didn't go through consequences and didn't change enough. TYBW needed to happen and in fact yhere were a lot of thing unfinished even there.
Rukia and Renji pairing (in romantic way) doesn't make any sense to me. Yeah, they were good buddies and friends, but there was NO romance between them. I agree with Orihime and Ichigo pairing, but NOT with Renji and Rukia.
Ichigo and Rukia never had that kind of chemistry. They were always gonna be best friends at most. They don't have what the other needs in terms of a romantic relationship, nor is either one of them relocating permanently to the world of the living or the soul society. It may seem rushed in the Manga, but I think the anime is really trying to patch up what chemistry is between Ichigo and Orihime. Innocent people in terms of relationships are very very slow at progression, but they are. Ever since the hueco Mundo arc.
@kaidenkidwell which I appreciate that Kubo is really overseeing everything and really trying with the Ichigo/Orihime moments we already got so far, in the TYBW adaptation. I also remember finding out that Kubo, at around when the arrancar saga was starting, he was actually getting annoyed and irritated by the anime crew back then adding bs filler Rukia stuff in it almost up to that point, and that's ALSO why the entirety of the crew now that is doing the TYBW is basically completely new.

OST: Always be with me in my mind
Geez the anime tried to ship these two till the very end.
Not just the anime, I don't care what nobody says, naming her kid ICHIka means something.
He literally said we are friends.
All focus is on them cuz this is where it all started but this time he lost his powers instead of her.
