Thank you, Kay! Having my husband working at home and me studying at home as well, we switched our work places and did a massive mess!! After a long weekend of makeover, i sit quietly with my cats, a cup of tea and your video. Sometimes it’s ok to get clothing that makes you feel pretty and feminine regardless of how it’s sourced. Never apologize. 😉. I’m 54 and I’m here to tell you laundry multiplies when your not looking😂. It’s a never ending chore and that makes it frustrating as there is never an end.
I'm so in love with Yorkshire, it started when I watched the English series "All Creatures Great and Small" when I was little. Maybe one day I'll move from The Netherlands to Yorkshire! :-) xoxo

We had adopted our little Hera, our little dog when we wanted to have kids, but it was still too soon for us. Now, Hera lives with us and my 3 years old daughter. It s wonderful.

My grandmother immigrated from the UK to the US. Yorkshire pudding is such a delicious side, but not a common dish where I am from.
My granny did, too, and I'm sad to say I never tried her Yorkshire pudding, and now it's too late. ☹️ I was a picky eater as a child.
@@chandaharkins4418 Maybe a family member has access to her recipe and you could try making it. I miss my grandmother, too. Somehow mine just don’t taste the same as her recipe.

Funny you should mention Apronful of Stones...she is one of my favorite You Tubers, too, along with you! You are both so thoughtful, introspective, caring and nurturing. And what a beautiful meal you prepared! Here in the US, we have something similar to Yorkshire Pudding, which we call popovers. Loved your sweet, feminine new dresses : )

I live on North East coast, but higher up from you. Robin Hoods Bay, Whitby is lovely. Staithes is further up but charming. Captain Cook lived there as a young man. I have Fibromyalgia and I have found supplements such as B12 and Vitamin D and K2, in a large dose, has helped me incredibly. Even my thinning hair has started to improve and grow. Your sweet personality and soothing voice is such a joy to watch. The video was beautifully edited. Thank you for sharing parts of your life. I am starting to binge watch from the very beginning.

@@Livingthelifeyoulove I’m 56 years old and look younger my daughter is 36 and she looks older lol growing up my friends would make fun of me for not wearing make up. I didn’t care. Now they are older my age the have a lot of skin problems. Thank you much for your video I love them I have a Ragdoll cat as well he is 10 years old now my other Ragdolll just passed away in February she was 17 years old in humans years. I miss her but she had a great life. Thank you so much

Yet again a calming video that i loved watching. About acupuncture, it really isn't so bad; i have a great therapist and the needles are very small. The tricky part is finding a therapist you connect with and being ok telling them if ever it might hurt a little. Thank you for your time 🤍

Fast fashion is horrendous and I’m doing my best to steer clear of it! While yes, it doesn’t fit with my channel it also shows I’m only human too, definitely not perfect and still struggle with moral battles and justifying the cost of some ethical brands like everyone else. It’s definitely not something I want to promote but I wanted to make sure my message was clear so I transparently spoke about it x

@@Livingthelifeyoulove I have just discovered your channel and absolutely love it! I think maybe a lot of people missed it, during the pandemic Boohoo got into a lot of trouble. They were using a factory in Leicester which was accused of paying their staff something like £3.50 an hour, not promoting masks and safe work practices. However Boohoo did not own or run the factory, so apologised and launched an investigation. I believe the Guardian did a big article on this. I wish I could show you my cat, he has the sweetest ear tufts too! A year past the winter, he had tufts at the sides of his face but he moulted them out and they didn't return 😢 But then this past winter he got the new ear tufts instead and they look as if they might be going to be a permanent feature, fingers crossed!! Thanks for another lovely video 😘
