I think if PSA values your card for much more than you think it is worth, they should offer to buy it at 85% of their estimated value. This would guarantee that all parties give reasonable estimates.

Herbert is pretty good but definitely a long ways from the HOF. Hope I’m wrong but I believe this modern stuff is gonna be worth pennies on the dollar one day .
