Hi Mark sorry you've had a bad one, I don't drink well very rarely may have a shandy but I don't like the feeling of not being in control and always had a better time when younger when alcohol not in the equation so never felt needed it, look forward to your next video my experience with the 7 stages of grief never when in any particular order and sometimes when repeating the stages if that makes sense...... take care healing love sent your way x
