In this video, I explain the difference between a non-clinical (administrative) nurse versus a clinical nursing career path. I explain why it's important to plan your nursing career and decide if you like the bedside/clinical side of nursing or want to remove yourself further away from the bedside and go into administration, management, or non-clinical nursing.

I’m with you my man. I’m sort of done with the going back to school though. I think of how can I just make a boat load and invest it into real estate instead of spending more time going to school
For sure!! I have very similar goals. I’ve been investing in dividends for now but my current goal is to invest in my career development to make more money in a few years, to then have more available to invest. I also desire to get into real estate in a few years. I hate school, after my MSN now I’m done lol.

Sorry to hear that. I’d say a change of scene may be good. Consider looking around. There are many nursing jobs that may be different from your current spot. Sometimes feeling this way is an indicator you just need a change.
