Gotta love that Cartesian grid. In terms of incompetent, you also have to include the cursed. The people who seem like they are competent but something always seems to happen.

You may not read this LISO but I’ve been turning my life from reaction to action and building myself up with Gods help. Your videos have helped me see my own mistakes and things I should be doing. I’ve got a ways to go but I’ll be there. Don’t stop making these you’re definitely helping many many people improve. God bless.

Please never stop! I keep coming back to these videos at different periods of life an honestly it feels almost like having a conversation, albeit one with large gaps for action to take place. More folks should see this stuff, it has helped me develop more to the individual I aspire to be

My precious supervisor, Lewis, is the embodiment of a competent team player. I would never substitute him for anyone else. Competent, empathetic, goal driven, a coach, courageous and considerate. He is as good at leading strategy creation and implementation. I envy the team he will lead next. The sky is the limit for this guy.

The same thing I said before, mostly trained people are not spirit derived man, they derived by mental and mind set only and for this reason the person he changed or back down or stop there and start again

In high school I played baseball we did really well out the gate as a team but then the popular VS unpopular kids crap started on the team and our coach being a former marine only knew one way of motivation drill so we went from more fundamentals of baseball to more run and run, he tried to drill every individual into being a team but we lost the fundamental group practice we needed. Out of 14 of us 3 people who chose not to work with each other ruined our season. If we were forced to work together to a goal of winning vs punish the team maybe we would have had a shot or at least a more balanced combination.

Fighting occupation not for everyone, I plan mostly by myself to continue trading whole year, so intentionally and deliberately I train more than one martial arts and boxing to train whole year where mostly the coaches will stop somewhere

If you're a strong leader, you'll find that you have trouble with delegating. Work to balance the cultivation of strengths with your natural effect of bolstering weaknesses with your own slack pick-up.

Going to disagree with this, but probably not why you think. Think the skill of delegation is a part of the Art of Leadership and needs to be practiced and tested so you learn best on employing people, while also learning to manage your expectations and realizing your way is not the only way it could be done.
I would actually like to see him do a video on delegation because I feel like a lot of leaders are either afraid to delicate or lack the trust or willingness to delegate for fear of failure.

Fight is fight, military or fighting games, mostly the coaches that train me after a while they feel bored, back down, not train me good, not a coach not team player
