After looking at Countless other gurus collection, Lauren's is perfectly sized & organized. It may be more than the average woman like me but it does not look like too much compared to others & it is her job & she actually has worked in makeup. Gurus have drawers upon drawers of lipsticks & blushes which is ridiculous
yes ! she has little bins of things like highlighters & concealers, I've seen people pull out a huge drawer of like 40+ foundations

I totally agree! Some gurus feel the need to buy every eyeshadow/liner/blush/lippie of every line of every brand that ever comes out, which I will never understand! Like, I've seen heard so many gurus be like "Well, I don't like this shade at all, but I got it so you guys could see. Then I'll probably throw it out or something." I will never see the point in that!

Yeah, it is pretty cool, just don't watch too much of it or you won't get tingles anymore, and if you happen to watch too much, then just find another trigger. Another one I suggest is VioletsVoice, she has an amazing whisper, oh yeah, and just use headphones!

Maria Mendoza, you must really have a strong love or passion for makeup. I can’t see any other reason as to how someone can be relaxed by the sound of makeup clicking together, and so on. I’ve never heard anyone say that before, until now. Lol

I'm only a couple minutes in, but do you know what I appreciate?
Instead of saying "this is *my* MAC/Benefit/NARS/etc. _____" you say "This is *the* ______"
It truly gets on my nerves when beauty gurus do that, so I found the lack of it in this video refreshing :)
To be honest, they have bought it, so saying it to show possession shouldn't really get on your nerves that much.
Whens someone buys a new bed they don't say : ''This is the bed'' because it sounds unnatural. I suppose you should have the same concept with any item that belongs to you.

Larger items that come in smaller quantities, like beds, cars, televisions. and so on, usually preceded by a "my". But for beads or colored pencils, for example, it would be odd to refer to each single piece as belonging to you. You would say "these are my beads/colored pencils/etc." and leave it at that. "This is my makeup works fine". But each individual makeup item, especially when there's upwards of a thousand, it gets excessive saying "my" because it's already assumed.
Except she DOES say "my".......
Normally, I wouldn't be impressed with such a collection because most girls collect it but don't know how to use it and it just sits. But Lauren KNOWS how to use everything in her collection, so it's clearly not a waste. :-)
This is literally like my life goals right here. I would love to have just a fourth of that makeup, you are very lucky and seem very grateful for the chance you have been given. I hope everyone goes well for you, i really love your channel, its so useful and easy to understand xx
a little tip for your makeup wipes, if you find they are dry! Try storing them upside down with the label on the bottom. The moisture sits at the bottom, so by storing it upside down the moisture will go to the top wipe :)
I think of makeup collections as just that - a collection. You wouldn't tell a stamp collector, "You're never going to use all those stamps!" It's fun to look at, play with, and (bonus!) you can actually use makeup!

She is a MAKEUP GURU makeup is her LIFE obviously she's going to have a bunch of makeup it's her job!!!!! Not only that but makeup companies give her stuff for free as well because they sponsor her, PLUS she spends a LOT of her money on makeup instead of other things, she's obviously going to have a huge collection. She obviously knows that not everyone can have this; that's why she uses the same products in her makeup tutorials rather than 2020230 different ones (something people complain about -.-) I swear there's no pleasing you people

This is a lot of makeup for one person BUT I would say compared to many many other UA-camrs this is not a lot, I still can't get over Dulce Candys collection! Would still love this amount of makeup though haha.

HOLY MAKEUP! I wish I could have your collection. Obviously you wouldn't be able to use them all but at least you have whichever one you want to use. So jealous. I love makeup and would love to do what you do (not cause the collection) but because I love it so much!

is it just me? Or does the NYX glitter liners burn your lid? It says "glitter liners" but theres a warning on the handle that says "do not use around eyes" soo. Anyone else have that problem?
