Pile 3 Everything I've lost was by my choice. There were so many things in my life that I needed to walk away from for my own mental health. I was never taught how to have healthy boundaries and when I started applying those boundaries with people, lots of people and situations were removed from my life and those things needed to go. I know they weren't healthy. But some of those relationships were pretty important ones. Even though I know I needed to walk away so I could finally have a chance to get my needs validated and met, it still is really painful. Painful to realize key people in my life who should've been there for me weren't and were never going to be. So I've been trying to work through a lot of grief about that. I've spent most of this year really working on processing that grief and learning new emotional regulation skills and trying to come to terms with everything that's happened up till now. I'm in a much better place in my life now and I know things will only continue to get better, even if it doesn't always feel that way every day. It's a process. Thanks girl. 😘💖🫶
