What a leader. He has that team in his pocket. They all respect him and like him as a person too. Donovan never had that with the whole team. I'm so happy they ignored all the nay sayers and stuck with him. I never understood what his haters were seeing that made them feel like he couldn't play. I always saw a guy that wins everywhere he plays and gets better every year he plays. By watching him after the play, you can't tell if it failed or it went for 6. You only know by the crowd's reaction. He just stands there. An even-tempered leader in invaluable. Don't over-react to highs OR lows. (Granted, he does jog up and take part in the 'dance' but it's like "Ok, guess i gotta do this for the boys.....but immediately after the play? Nothing.)

I remember when a good chunk of the fanbase wanted Howie fired for selecting Jalen Hurts. For some reason, i had a gut feeling he would pan out: anyone should've seen how much of a work horse hurts has always been. Even after the infamous "benched for Tua" episode he never stopped grinding and giving everything he has. Now we finally get to see what he's capable of, and who knows how much he can further evolve. He's more than earned the franchise QB tag.
