With the TruGolf mini I attach the club tracker to my 5 Iron and use my 5 iron for all my shots. With Golf + I use my weighted Deadeye. With Optishot 2 I use all my golf clubs. Pretty cool. Good job of showing some of the features of the Phi Golf software. Have you ever played around with the WGT software that comes with it? I'm curious if you can change your clubs to other brands on the PHI Golf WGT version? With the regular video game version you can, so wonder if you can with the Phi Golf too. A little silly, but just adds to the fun if you can.
Yes, you can use whatever clubs you have in the WGT app, but the visuals are honestly kind of blurry when playing on a full size TV. The phigolf app has more flawless animation and smoother gameplay.
@@MrZola1234 I use a wire connection to my Tv. I think it’s just the app. I have the iPhone 12 and the WGT app hasn’t even been updated to fit on the screen properly. The black bar at the top cuts out some of the info you need on screen. its just not 100% a smooth user experience. Don’t get me wrong it works. I just prefer the phigolf app’s gameplay. You can still play online against other users on that phigolf app, so it works great for me. The accuracy seems noticeably better as well, compared to the WGT app.
Be careful with this short club. When you go out and play with real clubs it's going to feel really weird. Trust me. I swung my driver on the first tee and it felt like I never swung a club in my life. It felt like a brick on a stick and it was awkward because of the length.
Agreed! It’s definitely a weird feeling when you get back on the course. I think the concept is cool. It’s a game for you and your friends I wouldn’t use it as a training aid as much as just entertainment.

No, you need some sort of cord to mirror your screen. You might be able to use a screen mirroring app, but I haven’t tested it.

Do you have to pay for casting from your phone to your tv?
I use QuickTime (free on Mac) to mirror my iPhone to Mac through a cable. And then hdmi from Mac to TV.
