dude has to be the greatest personality on youtube and it’s effortless
cool to see bass fishermen get so excited about other fish as you did at the end my man
I appreciate that!
Aluminum boats are amazing. I will never use anything else. That said there are advantages and disadvantages. One advantage is my aluminum boat is over a 1,000 pounds lighter than most fiberglass bass boats and I draft maybe 7 inches so I can go into shallow water where bass boats can never get to. I enjoy going fishing where bass boats cannot run all over me. A downside to aluminum hulls is the salts in saltwater cause corrosion much more rapidly so I never take my aluminum boat into saltwater. I had one boat that started leaking and no way to repair it. The hull looked like swiss cheese from the salts. I had to scrap it for strictly aluminum weight sold to scrapyard. My freshwater aluminum boat was made in 1974 and is still going strong in 2024. 50 years old this year. Fiberglass boats don't age as well. Great fishing Brian! Keep up the great work - er, fishing fun, and some day try a "Cagey Hook Wrap" style spiral wrapped rod sometime. The hot rod of spiral wraps.
Good luck fishing that tin on rough water.
Aluminum doesn’t rust, just corrodes. If you spray it with salt off every trip and rinse well you should be good. 👍🏽
This man is leading the pack right now. Keep putting out great content like this man you are getting seen! Let me know when you are fishing in Louisiana!
Really enjoying these type of videos man with local information on the lake and yal just out there having a good time. Keep it up and good luck on the next tournament
Aluminum bass boats are amazing
I was all smiles this entire video. It brings me back to when I was younger, fishing inshore with my dad and friends in MD and VA...I love freshwater fishing, but it's not saltwater 😁. Great video bro.
Glad you enjoyed it
@@BrianLatimerFishing always. Keep up the grind.
Awesome! BLat just proved that you can catch fish no matter what equipment you have!
Awesome, I love the fishing videos, praying for you!
Great show. Loved it!
B lat hitting us with the brakish vids.
This was probably my most fun trip this year
B.Latt I ain’t never heard anyone ever say “we failed, we caught too many fish.” Looked like a helluva time sir!
Great couple of days ! God bless !
Which rod of yours were you using? What line weight? I live in coastal NC and do the slam quite routinely. I need a new rod. Would like to buy one you recommend for inshore.
B Lat your thumbnail shows you coming out the redfish pond that place hasn’t been any good to me in a while, you figure them out on this trip in there?
Do you consider it cheating using the bass pheromones on your lures?
Beaufort , Bluffton ,Hilton head great places for saltwater fishing
Wish you didn't have a bait sponsor. Would love to provide you some of ours for review
I started following you around the time that you had your G3 with the 90 on the back. What are your top 3 aluminum bass boats?
Wow insane trip! Good job. I wouldn’t have the balls to do that. Did you have to go out of the bays to try to reach Charleston? Also why no net haha 😮
This is a great video!
Thank you!
Dude! I need to know what boots you have on!
Great content
I loved catching reds back in daytona beach. I had a friend catch one with 26 spots on it was absolutely the most beautiful ugly fish I've ever seen.
Of my top three UA-cam guys I would LOVE to fish with, you are hands down number one, Brian.
I love bass fishing, but I would LOVE to get on something like those reds!
Wow, thanks!
Criminal to throw specs back….criminal….nothing taste better fried….love the saltwater vids!
B-lat say we hunting groceries. 😂😂
“Rat” red. Looks like a great place to fish.
I don't throw specks back, either. Great eating fish....
You should take your 2 boys and do a tournament between the 3 of you sometime.
I bought the boat I have just for that purpose, fresh and salt/brackash water. Nothing like it
I love this video bro ……
Aluminum Bass Boats can do everything a glass boat can. Just look up the Gator Trax Strike series.
Nice
Isn’t this an old video
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Yessir the gator trax gt is going to be my first bass boat for sure at $16000 durability at a fraction of the cost of a glass boat technology has come a long long way 🤙🏽🤙🏽🙏🏽🤣
Awesome video! Dig the authenticity
My buddy here in Lake Cumberland owns a new Xpress with a 250 SHO comes with sea deck !! Black with white sides.. it’s a beautiful boat! Fast! Handles great!! All aluminum
This was definitely an amazingly refreshing video BLAT. Keep em coming bro
I live in Florida and I have caught the slam a few times it's just any 3 inshore gamefish. My cousin and I used to bank fish a lot at night. And I saw him catch all 5 one night. Snook Tarpon trout redfish and flounder. On the bank! I have got 4 of the 5 but no flounder
Congratulations on your slam, most folks don't know that when flounder are hatched/born they have a normal fish body with the eye's on both sides of the body as they develop the transformation takes place it's a very interesting fish 👍
Not sure if it would work there, but a drop shot works great for flounder here in the NW. I keep no more than 10” of leader between the hook and weight.
Great stuff!
