Every Christmas I read them. Son is 5 and he will inherit my full collection that I’ll be sharing with him soon. I gave him my legos last year and he’s loving them more than anything else.
@@SangAcquiescentFroid indeed. The philosophy of each line stands out more now. Humor was always easy to decipher but as an adult it’s more relevant. Even the dads point of view is so much more relatable and the comics are even dearer to me that before
I've been a huge Calvin and Hobbes fan since around 1990, and I know this final C&H comic strip very well. I was blown away by the Lego build of this comic strip. It was done amazingly well, and it brought back wonderful memories of the first time I read it many years ago. Thank you for building and displaying this. (I love the stuffed animal version of Hobbes too.) One more thing: I especially love Hobbes' paws in the third panel. You captured Hobbes' pose from the comic strip really well.
I loved these books as a kid. Heck, sometimes I go back to them to this day.

These comics age like fine wine. There's more meaning every time you read through them, and also you understand more as you get older

@@looneybazoony673 well said. some of the humor also makes more sense and has more depth
Me too
Calvin & Hobbes was the best comic strip, and I was so sad when it ended. Seeing the LEGO recreation of the finale here actually made me tear up.
