just bought vox ac4tv8 today, it sounds amazing compare to pro junior. vox has more mid and mellow tone.
the crucial thing is i could set max volume with attenuator on 1watt to play at home

I've used an AC4TV for years in a band setting. The only problem is that it loses headroom when the volume is past 10 o'clock but this is setting is what I consider the sweet spot, and just loud enough to keep up with a drummer but needs to be mic'd for gigging.

The Vox sounds more natural to me, although both amps sound good.

With 15 watts (some claim 18) the Fender should be quite a bit louder. The Fender is also quite a bit more expensive. The Fender is loud enough to gig with, or so they say,

Nice job but are you comparing a 4 watt Vox to a 15 watt fender at the same volume? in that case the 4 watt amp is hitting the sweet spot of power tube grind while your only getting preamp getting preamp grind from the fender. Therefore apple and oranges. Please you took the time to post a very good video so no disrespect intended.

Pro junior sounds better to my ear, the Vox sounds too thin and shrill - especially in higher gain - but Pro JR is much more power.
